Characteristics :

The cherry juice is extracted from Montmorency and Evans sweet cherries, the Evans being even sweeter that the Montmorency. These varieties grow well on Isle-aux-Coudres thanks to a microclimate and produce a red fruit, with a slightly acid and tart taste becoming sweeter at maturity. It’s light red colour and cherry-flavoured taste will impress your guests.

Le rêve de mon père is a blend of 4 varieties of apples hand-picked in October here on Isle-aux-Coudres. It is also the typical local Charlevoix blend, the quantities being precisely measured in a proportional way for each variety.
